What is my member ID?

Your Scenic Rewards member ID is your unique membership code and is used to allocate points earned through bookings to your Scenic Rewards account. Your Scenic Rewards member ID begins with “SCENIC”.

You must have a Scenic Rewards member ID to earn points through Scenic Rewards. Joining Scenic Rewards is simple and free! To become a member simply book with Scenic through ExpressBook and you will be automatically added to the program in the following month.

You will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to activate your membership. If you do not receive a welcome email please contact us with your full name, agency name and email address and we will email you one.

How do I login to Scenic Rewards for the first time?

After booking a Scenic cruise, you will receive a Scenic Rewards welcome email which will contain a link to the registration page. Complete the online registration form to activate your account.

What happens if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, enter your Scenic Rewards member ID on the login screen and click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. You will be asked to provide your name and surname and answer to your security question you completed during the registration process. You will then receive an email with an encoded link to reset your password.

Alternatively, please contact us with your full name and Scenic Rewards member ID, and a customer service consultant will be able to reset your password for you.

What happens if I have forgotten my Scenic Rewards member ID?

To retrieve your Scenic Rewards member ID, please contact us with your full name, agency, phone number and email address. An email with your username and instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you.
